Allowed purpose
Use MomentDraw for free-entry promotional giveaways with clear, lawful rules and honest prize descriptions: community evenings, team celebrations, resort and venue activations, creator giveaways, classroom rewards, charity nights and similar events.
Not allowed
No paid tickets, purchased extra chances, cash pools, lotteries that require a purchase, wagering of any kind, hidden weighted winners, fabricated results, prizes that are illegal where the entrant lives, or collection of sensitive personal information unrelated to the event.
Participant care
Respect privacy, keep marketing consent separate from entry, tell entrants when entries close and how winners are contacted, and provide a working organizer contact. Do not spam entrants; use the marketing consent only for what they agreed to.
Enforcement
Events or workspaces that break these rules can be suspended or closed, and repeat offenders lose access. Report abuse to [email protected].
