Terms of use.
Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Anthony Su, operating MomentDraw (momentdraw.com) from Ontario, Canada. By creating a workspace, entering an event or otherwise using the service you accept them. Effective September 11, 2026. Contact: [email protected].
Free-entry events only
MomentDraw is software for free-entry promotional giveaways. Organizers subscribe to the software; entrants never pay for tickets, extra chances, deposits or prize pools, and MomentDraw never holds prize funds or processes payments on an organizer’s behalf. Any event that charges for entry or sells chances is prohibited.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for their events: lawful rules for every place their entrants live, eligibility and age limits, honest prize descriptions, prize fulfillment, taxes on prizes, and a contact method for entrants. Publish clear rules and say when entries close, do not change material promises after publishing, and do not use the service to collect personal information unrelated to the event.
Fair draws
Winners are selected on the server and the result is recorded before the wheel spins. Organizers may not weight, rig or fabricate a result, and may not present a practice spin as a real draw. Organizers may cancel a prize allocation with a stated reason; the cancellation is recorded and visible in the event history.
Subscriptions and payment
Free workspaces have the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is USD $20 per month or USD $192 per year, plus applicable sales tax calculated at checkout by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling from Billing takes effect at the end of the paid term, and you keep Pro until then; you can undo a cancellation before it takes effect. A change between monthly and yearly applies at the next renewal. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice.
Refunds
Because you keep Pro until the end of the term you paid for, we do not refund partial terms. If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 30 days of the charge and we will review it. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use and suspension
The Acceptable use page is part of these terms. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, harms entrants, abuses the service or fails to pay, and we may remove content that is unlawful. We will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
Your content
You keep ownership of event names, descriptions, logos and other content you upload. You give MomentDraw a licence to store and display that content to run your events, and you confirm you have the right to use it.
Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. MomentDraw is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim in a year is limited to the fees you paid to MomentDraw in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost prizes or lost revenue. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Ending your account
You can close your workspace at any time from Settings. Closing a workspace cancels any subscription at the end of the current term, deletes organizer data as described in the privacy notice and keeps the minimal draw receipts required to evidence past results.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to use your own courts. We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
