Choose a public source
Open an event’s Broadcast helper. Choose landscape for a projector or landscape video, portrait for a vertical canvas, or a transparent wheel overlay.
Configure OBS
Add a Browser Source using the copied public presentation URL. Use 1920 × 1080 for landscape or 1080 × 1920 for portrait. Interact with the source to enable optional sound. Never capture the private organizer dashboard.
Run a rehearsal
Scan the on-screen QR from a phone, verify name masking, watch a practice reveal, and check audio levels. Run a private test broadcast before your event.
Destination eligibility
YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and other destinations set their own encoder and account eligibility requirements. Configure streaming in that service. MomentDraw does not send video or automatically connect those accounts.
